Our family's former farmhouse has been converted into a spacious self-catering house. On the ground floor you will find a large living room, a cozy parlor, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry and modern bathroom facilities.


With space for around 40 people, the house offers ideal conditions for groups, clubs or school classes and is mainly rented to self-caterers. In the basement there is a ski room with a ski boot dryer and a table tennis table for some sporting fun.

The large courtyard in front of the house is perfect for playing basketball, relaxing, and barbecuing. A private soccer field and a beach volleyball court are also available nearby.

Lake Zell is just a few minutes away and offers numerous sports and leisure activities – or simply a perfect place to relax. The location is also ideal in winter: the renowned ski resorts of Zell am See and Saalbach Hinterglemm are easily accessible and offer perfectly groomed slopes and a wide range of winter sports.

In bad weather, we recommend the Zell am See leisure center with its indoor pool, ice rink, and bowling alley, as well as the Tauern Spa Kaprun. This means the house offers the perfect starting point for shared experiences, active days in nature, and relaxing hours with your group at any time of year.
